Hey everyone, I wanted to share my thoughts on something that's been bothering me about the Coito case. I've been thinking a lot about Sue Kim Coito's disappearance. I can't even begin to imagine the dread and confusion the family might be feeling, not knowing where she is and dealing with Matthew's passing at the same time.
Given her Alzheimer's, it's so critical that they find her safe. Those woods around their home must be difficult to search thoroughly, and the anxiety of time passing without new leads must be overwhelming for everyone involved. It makes me wonder if there's something more we can do as a community to aid in the search or bring more attention to it.
I really hope there's some good news soon. It's hard sitting back and thinking about how tough this must be for Derek, Sarah, and Matthew's grandkids. If anyone has any new updates or ways to assist the search efforts, please share. Praying for Sue's safe return.
Hi all,
I’ve been following the Coito case out of Arundel, and something that really strikes me is the deep sense of devotion Matthew Coito had for his wife, Sue Kim. It's genuinely touching to see how he dedicated his life after retirement to care for her. Alzheimer's is such a devastating illness, and his commitment speaks volumes about the kind of person he was.
I can’t imagine what their time together was like during her illness, but I hope those who knew them can find some comfort in knowing that Matthew's actions during those difficult times truly reflected his love. This tells me he was a man of great character and compassion—qualities that are sadly being overshadowed by the tragic circumstances of his death.
Has anyone else come across more stories or memories of Matthew that reflect his personality? It might be healing to share these as the investigation continues and while the community absorbs this shock.
My thoughts are with his family, especially Derek and Sarah, and I hope they find the answers they need soon.
Stay safe, everyone.
