Hey everyone, I’ve been following the discussion about the tragic Cohen case, and something that really stands out to me is the profound impact both Pamela and William Cohen had on the Brooklin community. I didn’t know them personally, but I had friends who volunteered with Pamela at The Ark. They always spoke so highly of her kindness and dedication. It’s truly difficult to reconcile such a terrible event with the compassionate image we have of her. Does anyone else feel like there’s this void in the community now? From what I’ve heard, William was also a respected leader, having served as the chair of the Brooklin Board of Selectmen. Given his history in local governance, it makes you wonder if there might have been behind-the-scenes stresses that contributed to this tragedy. Not trying to speculate too much, just trying to make sense of it all. Wishing strength to the Cohen family and everyone affected. Let’s hope continued investigations can eventually provide closure or at least some understanding of what led to this.
