Has anyone else been completely taken aback by how long it took to solve the Bogle-Kalitzke case? I’ve been thinking a lot about how different the world was back in 1956—no internet, no advanced forensic tech like we have today. It's so tragic that both Duane and Patricia’s families had to live with unanswered questions for decades. While I’m relieved that DNA and forensic genealogy finally brought some answers, it’s haunting to think this person lived among them all that time without anyone knowing. Sending my thoughts to the families and everyone in Great Falls who lived with this uncertainty for so long. It's a stark reminder of the power of persistence and technology in seeking justice, even if it comes late. Hug your loved ones a little tighter today.
