I was looking into Randolph Moses's case again today and something that never sits right with me is the timing of the incident. Being shot at 5:30 a.m. sounds like it could be so random, but maybe it's possible someone was watching him or had a planned motive? It feels so unsettling to think that someone could be targeted during a time when the world is just starting to wake up. I'm really hoping that someone who saw or knows something might finally speak up. It's been so long, and his family deserves answers and peace. Every little detail could help the investigation, even if it seems insignificant. I really hope the reward encourages someone to come forward.
