Hey everyone, I've been reading up on the Julie Youa Chang case, and something that's been bothering me is how little they’ve released about the circumstances of her disappearance. Do any local folks know if there were any events happening in Winter Haven around February 18th that might be related? Sometimes these small details can paint a bigger picture, and who knows what might help! Also, does anyone know if there are any areas around there where people tend to go missing more often, or where sightings could be more common? I’m just trying to piece things together, and any insight would be much appreciated!
