Has anyone heard about any events happening in Louisville around the time Cortez Phelps went missing? Sometimes local events can lead to large crowds and public gatherings, which could be significant in a case like this. I'm curious if there might have been any festivals, sports events, or anything else noteworthy that might have drawn attention away from unusual activities. It might be a long shot, but crowd dynamics can sometimes play a part in people's disappearances. Let's keep digging for any little clue that could help bring Cortez home.
