Erika Viola Kikker Miller, 28, is central to a violent series of deaths that began with the April 15, 2021 welfare check in Billings. Officers found 64-year-old Roxann Renee Watson beaten and strangled that day; authorities identified Watson’s daughter Erika Miller and her 22-year-old boyfriend Henry Porter as persons of interest. Later on April 15 the couple led law enforcement on a vehicle pursuit that ended near West Yellowstone, about 230 miles from Billings. Miller and Porter abandoned their vehicle and ran into the woods; officers established a perimeter and heard two gunshots from the direction they fled.

A K9 search located Erika Miller and Henry Porter the next morning. Both died of single gunshot wounds to the head in what the investigating Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office described as an apparent murder-suicide; the agency did not specify who it believed fired the shots. In the days after, the body of 32-year-old Shanna Lynn Booth was found in a Billings home owned by Erika Miller; her death was described as suspicious and linked to the same chain of events. Does anyone have information about Miller’s movements or contacts in Billings in the days before April 15, 2021?
