Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has connections in the hiking or outdoor community around Madison. I know it’s been a while since James Swenby went missing, but I keep wondering if he might have gone out to one of the nearby trails or parks. With his blond hair and blue eyes, he might have been easy to spot for anyone out there during that time. Sometimes hikers or even park staff can remember seeing someone that matches a description, especially if they regularly walk the same paths. It’s a long shot, but maybe someone out there remembers seeing him or interacting with someone fitting his description around Halloween in 2021. It just feels like there’s got to be more that someone saw, even if it didn’t seem important at the time. If you recall anything, even something small, reaching out to the Madison Police could seriously help out his family and friends.
Has anyone else noticed how little coverage James Swenby's case has gotten? I mean, he's been missing nearly two years now, and it's like he just fell off the map. There's barely any info out there, aside from his basic description. It's like the investigation hit a wall almost immediately. I keep thinking, did he have any devices on him, like a phone or anything with GPS? You'd think in this day and age, some trace might pop up. Just feels strange that they've got so little to go on. Anyone have any thoughts or updates that might have slipped through the cracks?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the James Swenby case and noticed something curious that hasn’t been discussed much. I read in the local reports that James was a fan of hiking in state parks around Madison. I wonder if anyone has looked into whether he might have gone for a hike that day. State parks can be vast and not all areas are closely monitored. Maybe he mentioned to someone he planned to visit a park, and it’s been overlooked. It's something to consider if anyone is still searching for clues. Would be interesting to see if there are any connections or missing person reports from areas like that. Thoughts?
