Did anyone else notice in the surveillance footage of Dakota running that he seemed to be clutching something tightly in his hand? I wonder if it was a phone or maybe something else important to him. It's odd considering his phone has been unreachable. It also makes me curious about why he was running and where he might've been heading in such a hurry. I know it's just a small detail, but it keeps sticking out to me. Maybe someone local can recognize the area better and provide more insights?
