Has anyone else noticed how quiet the neighborhood has been about Xavier Arroyo's disappearance? I live not too far from Davenport, and it's surprising that there aren't more community discussions or updates. You'd think there'd be flyers everywhere or local news pieces, but it seems kind of under the radar.
