Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Rebecca Dawn Quintero Torres, and something has been really puzzling me. Why did it take so long for a missing persons report to be filed? She was last seen in late November 2025, but it wasn't reported until mid-January 2026. That's almost two months! Does anyone know if there were any particular reasons or circumstances that led to the delay? It just feels like such a long time for it to go unreported, especially since it sounds like she was living in Tulsa at the time. What could have been happening during those months, and is it common for there to be such a lag in similar cases? Just curious about what you all think.
