I was just reading about Itzayana's case and it's truly worrying how often these non-custodial parent situations happen. It seems like the legal system tries to prevent this kind of scenario by obtaining custody orders, but somehow it doesn't always work out. Does anyone have more insight on why these situations keep occurring despite court orders? It makes me wonder if there’s a gap or delay in the enforcement process that needs addressing.
