Kristoff Rueda was 9 years old when he was last seen in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania on October 25, 2022. Described as a boy of Black and Hispanic descent, his disappearance quickly became a missing-person investigation that has left his family and community searching for answers.

Kristoff was not alone when he vanished. His 11-year-old brother, Sebastian Rueda, also went missing the same day. Authorities believe the brothers may be with their mother, Alexandria Hepburn, and a felony warrant has been issued for Hepburn in connection with the children’s disappearance, leading investigators to treat this as a suspected family abduction. The Ridley Township Police Department is handling the case and has asked the public to report any sightings of Kristoff, Sebastian, or Alexandria.
