Has anyone else noticed the lack of media coverage on Efrain Alvaro Sanchez-Gomez’s case? It’s so worrying. There are so few updates, and it makes me wonder why it hasn’t been given more attention. For a teen missing since early January, you would think there’d be more urgency and outreach. I know each case is different and resources can be limited, but Efrain deserves better. It feels like his story is slipping through the cracks, and without public awareness, how are we supposed to find him? If you're in the Heath area, let's spread the word and keep Efrain’s face out there. His family must be going through so much, and we need to bring him home.
