I keep thinking about the discrepancy in the official reports regarding Ni'yoniah's last sighting. The difference between January 11 and January 12, and even more importantly, the different locations (Youngstown vs. Cleveland) really stand out to me. How could two major sources have varying information about something as critical as where and when a young girl was last seen? Is this a case of miscommunication between departments, or something more? It's frustrating because this uncertainty complicates efforts by the public to help.
