I’ve been thinking about the role of community in unsolved cases like Darryl Hill's. It's been so long, yet there are still people out there who might have the missing piece the detectives need. I can't imagine the pain his family must still feel, waiting for answers all these years. For those living in the Duncan Street area back then or anyone who might have heard something over the years, even the smallest detail could make a difference. I’ve seen firsthand how small communities can sometimes hold back information out of fear or loyalty, but cases like this remind us that silence can protect the wrong people. With Detective Pavero and Detective Montague's active engagement, I genuinely hope someone steps up. The reward is a significant incentive, but it's the closure for Darryl's family that truly matters. Let’s spread the word and hope for some progress soon.
