Has anyone else been thinking about the lack of mental health support in cases like Cherish Petersen's? Her tragic death has been weighing on my mind, and I can't help but wonder if more resources were available, could this have been prevented? We always focus on the act itself, but what leads up to someone feeling like there's no other option? It's hard to even imagine what Cherish's family is going through right now, and it's just so sad that this keeps happening. Maybe this is a call for us as a society to step up and ensure mental health services are accessible to everyone. Would love to hear what others think about addressing these underlying issues.
