Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Amelia Vincent, the young girl missing from Provo, and something I'm curious about is the role of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in these kinds of situations. Given that they’re actively working on her case, what sort of resources or actions do they typically bring to the table that local law enforcement might not? Also, I noticed they assigned case number 2064336 to Amelia's dossier. Does anyone know if tracking these case numbers can provide any information or updates not found elsewhere, or are they just used for internal purposes? It’s troubling seeing so many kids on their site, and it makes me wonder how often these alerts and posters actually result in children being found. If anyone has insight into how effective NCMEC's involvement is in open cases like this, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind. Has anyone else noticed that there hasn't been much media coverage about Amelia Vincent's disappearance? It's been a while since July 2025, and I feel like there should be more urgency around finding her and her sister, Sophia. I know there's a lot happening in the world, but it seems like these cases often get swept under the rug when they deserve more attention. The fact that they're potentially with their mother and nobody knows the circumstances just adds another layer of concern. Any thoughts on how we can get the word out more or push for more coverage?
