I’m really concerned about Izel's situation, especially since she's only 14 and currently without a cellphone. In today's world, not having that means she's completely cut off from easy communication, which makes everything so much scarier. It's important to think about how resourceful she might be, given her age and situation. Hopefully, someone in the Mesa or Phoenix area will recognize her, especially with her distinctive red hair and nose piercing. If you're out in those areas, please keep an eye out!
