Can't stop thinking about Jamel Wilder's case lately. It’s been years, and I’m still hoping for answers for his family. I’ve often wondered about the atmosphere at the Park Morton Housing Complex that night. Around 10:00 pm, people would have been heading home or relaxing after a long day. It must have been terrifying to hear gunshots in what should be a safe space. I can't imagine the lasting impact this tragedy has had on the community there. From what I’ve read, Detective Jed Worrell seems dedicated, but the lack of leads is disheartening. I truly believe someone out there knows something. Maybe they’re afraid or unsure if what they know matters. If you’re reading this and have a piece of the puzzle, no matter how small, please share it. Even anonymous tips could change everything for Jamel’s loved ones. Let’s hope renewed efforts and public assistance will bring justice and peace to those affected. Every voice counts.

It’s such a close-knit community, and I can only imagine how this tragedy has impacted everyone there. It’s truly devastating for a community to experience such violence right in their backyard. I wonder if anyone in the neighborhood saw or heard something that night. Even the smallest detail could be so important. I know sometimes people are hesitant to come forward, but I hope anyone with information feels empowered to share it, even if it's done anonymously. Solving Jamel's murder could be a massive step towards restoring some sense of security and peace in the area. Sending my thoughts to Jamel's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
