Has anyone else looked into the legal battle over Junior Seamon’s 1978 GMC pickup wrecker? It's really interesting how the court dispute played out after his passing. Judd Williams went all the way with the detinue action to claim the vehicle, but ultimately, the court sided with Ann and Ed Seamon. It just makes you wonder about the relationships and underlying tensions between the involved parties. Though it's a relief that the legal side seemed to settle peacefully, I can't help but feel for Junior’s loved ones having to deal with such a challenging situation on top of their loss. I hope it brought them some closure, at least in terms of Junior's belongings. Does anyone have more details on what happened during that court case, or why Williams believed he was entitled to the wrecker in the first place?
