Wow, I just came across this devastating case involving Officer Harley Chisholm and two other officers. One thing that struck me was how tight-knit the Birmingham Police Department must be, especially after losing three of their own in one tragic incident. It’s hard to imagine the impact of this loss on their colleagues who had to carry on after such a horrific day. I read about a memorial service they held, and it was touching to see how the community came together to honor their sacrifice. Just makes you think about the risks these officers take every single day and how their families must live with that uncertainty. Keeping everyone affected in my thoughts.
