Does anyone else find it incredibly unsettling how sometimes those closest to us can harbor such intense resentment without us even realizing it? I’ve been thinking a lot about Richard Carr’s case and how his life was tragically cut short by someone he should have been able to trust. It makes me wonder, could things have been different if the family tensions had been addressed earlier? It’s a chilling reminder that unresolved issues can sometimes lead to devastating outcomes. My heart goes out to his family and everyone else in Shorter who knew him. I hope that, in time, the community can begin to heal and find some way to prevent such heartbreak from happening again. Anyone else have thoughts on how to spot this kind of conflict before it spirals out of control?
