Has anyone looked into the possibility that Julia Ann O'Neill could have assumed a new identity? I know the main theory points towards foul play, but if she was really scared about going to jail, maybe she saw disappearing as a better option. It's not unheard of for people involved in criminal networks to vanish or even be helped to start over by certain connections. With her parents being in Florida, maybe she had support networks farther afield. I haven’t seen much discussion about this angle, but it could explain why there’s been no trace of her in all these years. Curious to hear what others think.
