Does anyone else find it strange that Oleksandr's phone pinged near the Seattle waterfront three days after he went missing? It makes you wonder what could have drawn him to that area, or if someone else possibly had his phone. The waterfront can be pretty bustling with tourists and locals, especially around the holidays. Could someone have seen him there? I hope anyone who might have been in that area at the time checks their photos or videos for anything unusual. Every little detail could help, even if it seems insignificant.
