Eureka Dyson, a 33-year-old African-American woman, was found fatally shot in Washington, D.C., in the early hours of March 29, 2008. Metropolitan Police Department officers discovered her body after responding to reports of a shooting; she was pronounced dead at the scene. The Homicide Branch opened an investigation.
The case has gone cold. No arrests have been made and no suspects have been publicly identified. The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a reward of up to $110,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Dyson is survived by her children, parents, grandfather, and many other relatives and friends who continue to mourn her loss.
Are there details from that night or anyone who knew Eureka that could help investigators bring answers to her family?
