I’ve been following Stephanie McVicker’s case ever since I first heard about it, and one thing that keeps puzzling me is the lack of surveillance footage. Henrico County has its fair share of CCTV cameras, considering it's not a tiny place. You’d think that with her distinct appearance—eyeglasses, the tattoos, her bun—she’d be spotted somewhere on camera, either on her last day or in the days leading up to her disappearance.
Has anyone ever heard if the police or the family managed to get any kind of footage from local businesses or traffic cams? I'm just wondering if there's a piece of the puzzle that hasn't been released to the public. It seems like there's such sparse information beyond the basic description. Thoughts?
Does anyone else find it strange that we've heard so little from Stephanie's friends or social circles about her disappearance? It's been over two years, and I feel like the community might have some insights that could help piece things together. You'd think that, by now, someone might have come forward with more information about the days leading up to when she vanished. Especially considering she's a young woman in a close-knit area. Friends, coworkers, anyone? It's so important to speak up if you know anything, no matter how small. Maybe someone witnessed something that seemed insignificant at the time but could really be crucial. Let’s keep the conversation going and ensure Stephanie isn’t forgotten.
