Has anyone else noticed the strange circumstances surrounding Michael Todd Birkl's missing phone? Why would he leave it behind? It's concerning that there hasn't been any debit card activity either. Maybe he just needed to get away, but then why no communication at all? It's been so long, and still no leads. Anyone from the Fredericksburg area remember seeing anything unusual around that time? Just hoping for any new info to surface.
