Does anyone know if there are any specific protocols that hospitals like the University of Utah Hospital had in place during the 80s for staff tracking or security? I'm curious, considering Jeffrey O'Carroll worked there as a laundry sorter. Given his mental health condition and the fact that he disappeared after not feeling well, I'm wondering if a lapse in safety measures at work might have played a role. Did his colleagues notice anything off, or were there any reports of him looking distressed or unwell during his shift prior to that evening? It seems like any missed indicators of his mental state could be crucial in understanding what happened that night. Thoughts or similar incidents anyone's aware of?

Does anyone else find it odd that there's such little information about Jeffrey O'Carroll's movements on the day he went missing, especially given his job at the University of Utah Hospital? You'd think with so many people going in and out of the hospital, someone would have noticed him, especially if he was wearing hospital attire as some reports suggest. Was there no surveillance footage from around that time or witnesses who last saw him there? If anyone has insights or leads, any piece of information might help. We can't let such cases go cold without exhausting all possibilities.
