I came across a lesser-discussed aspect of Tynesha Stewart's case that's been bothering me. Did anyone else see the reports about the pieces of meat found in Shepherd's apartment when the authorities showed up? I know they initially thought it was nothing suspicious, but given what we know now, it’s chilling. What's more perplexing is how it went unnoticed in the early stages of the investigation. To think that the neighbors saw thick black smoke and called 911 only for everything to be chalked up to "nothing suspicious" is mind-boggling to me. I'm curious if anyone knows more about why it didn’t raise any alarms at first? It just seems like a massive missed opportunity that could have prevented further horrors. Would love to hear thoughts or insights!
I keep wondering about those neighbors who called 911. It must have been so eerie witnessing those huge flames and the smell of burning meat, thinking it was just some weird barbecue. I can't imagine how they felt when they learned what was actually happening. It's perplexing that the initial visit from police and firefighters didn't raise more alarms, especially with chunks of meat all over the place. It makes you think about how quick assumptions can sometimes lead us astray. Has anyone looked into what other warning signs might have been missed? It’s a chilling reminder of how things can be happening right under our noses without us realizing. Thoughts?
