Does anyone know more about Arturo Velazquez-Celon's background in Chicago? I find it puzzling that someone might have a history in two different places like that, especially using an alias. It's interesting that he also went by the names Rene Martinez and Jose Refugio. I've heard people use aliases before, but usually it's to escape something or to start fresh. Could there be something in his Chicago past that connects to what happened in Houston? Additionally, alias usage like this might indicate prior issues or an intent to hide actions. If anyone has any insight on his time in Chicago or connections he might have had there, it could be a crucial piece of the puzzle we're trying to put together.
