Has anyone else been curious about the Smiths' involvement in the case? I’ve always found it odd how heavily implicated they were, yet it seems like Tammi Smith's charges were somewhat overshadowed by Elizabeth's actions. With everything pointing toward a coordinated effort to keep Gabriel from his father, do you think there could have been other people involved in this supposed illegal adoption network? And what about the claims that one of the motels was a known spot for birth parents and adoptive couples to meet? It just feels like there might be more pieces to this puzzle that we're missing. Maybe someone in the community who stayed at that hotel in late 2009 might remember something that could help shed light on where Gabriel is now. Thoughts?
