Has anyone else looked into the significance of the tattoo Theresa had—a cross between her thumb and index finger? I can’t help but wonder if it might hold some clue to her state of mind or her relationships at the time. In some cases, tattoos can be deeply personal, almost like a diary entry etched in skin. If Theresa got this tattoo around the time she moved to Texas, could it have symbolized a fresh start, or perhaps faith and protection in a new environment? On the flip side, what if it was connected in some way to her boyfriend or her new life down there? I know it's a long shot, but even the smallest detail could mean something in these stubbornly cold cases where so little information is available. Any thoughts on whether this has been explored by the investigators? Anyone familiar with symbolic tattoos from that era who can shed light on this?
