It's baffling how someone can go missing and not be reported for so long. I'm particularly curious about why there was such a long delay in reporting Raymond Blanchette's disappearance. Was there something going on that might have complicated things within his family or social circle? The lapse in time must make it incredibly difficult for investigators to retrace his steps. Also, the use of the same Disabled Veteran license plate on different vehicles is peculiar. It makes me wonder if he was transferring plates often because he was on the move for some reason. Anyone have thoughts on what might have caused such an unusual delay in reporting him missing?
