I came across this case while reading about Milton Junior Hill, and one detail that struck me was the strong sense of community support that emerged after his tragic death. It seems like the people of Cuba, Alabama really came together to honor Milton’s memory. From the memorial service at Morning Star Baptist Church to the tributes shared on memorial websites, it's clear that he touched many lives. I can't help but wonder about the events leading up to that awful day. Reports mention a suspect being charged, but there's so little clarity on what actually happened. It's frustrating when someone who served their country and contributed so much to their community has their life cut short like this. My thoughts are with his family and friends during what must be an incredibly difficult time. If anyone has more information about the investigation or knows of any updates, it would be much appreciated! Let's keep Milton's memory alive and seek the justice he deserves.
