Hey everyone, does anyone find it odd that Rachel Ann Mason’s case is being handled by the Norfolk, Virginia Police Department even though she disappeared in Philadelphia? I know law enforcement sometimes crosses state lines, but it seems kind of strange that a department from another state would be in charge. Could there be a connection to Norfolk we aren’t aware of? Maybe she had ties there, or perhaps they have more resources for this case? Just trying to make sense of it all. Any thoughts?
