I've been digging into Terri Lea Schlatter's case and can't stop thinking about the babysitter's perspective. It was the last point of contact—they saw Nathan last before Darrell came to pick him up. Imagine being in their position, where a mother drops off her child, and then, poof, they're never seen again. I wonder if the babysitter provided any specific details or expressed any concerns at the time. Was there anything off about Darrell when he picked up Nathan that day? From what I've read, there's little insight into what happened at that moment, but it seems crucial. Plus, it feels like Darrell's unusual disinterest in her disappearance should have raised more red flags sooner. The timing of events and Terri's intent to testify must have put enormous pressure on her and potentially put her in a dangerous situation. Would love to hear more about what others think was going on around that time!

I’ve been thinking about the timeline in Terri Schlatter’s case, especially the part where she picked up Nathan from her mother's place against her family’s wishes. It’s curious to me because it seems like she was doing everything she could to untangle herself from her situation with Darrell, yet she went back to Tulsa. Does anyone else find it odd that she would go back there, considering Darrell’s legal troubles and the pressure she was under? Also, the fact that he picked up Nathan from the babysitter the day they vanished is really suspicious. It feels like there might be more to that story, maybe pressure or threats that made her feel she had no choice but to return. Anyone have thoughts on what might have driven her actions around that time?
