Just thinking out loud here about Keith Douglas Bailey’s case – can’t shake the feeling that there might be someone out there who knows more than they're letting on. I mean, in most cases there’s at least a clue or two about the last known sightings, right? It baffles me how there's such limited information about what he was doing near the time of his disappearance. Tulsa isn't exactly tiny; someone must have seen something. Hoping for any local who might’ve crossed paths with him to come forward, even the smallest details can help shed light when piecing the puzzle together.
