Did anyone else notice the discrepancy with the timeline? I find it really odd that Bertha Mae Williams disappeared in March, but her family didn't file a missing person's report until June. I understand her sister lives out of state, but three months seems like a long time to wait. Could there be reasons that haven't been disclosed, or was there some hope that she'd come back on her own? It's just hard to wrap my head around. Also, was there any mention of a history with the boyfriend being problematic enough to make her sister suspect something wrong before she came to file the report? I really hope the police are looking closely into the timing and any other details that could explain why there was such a delay.
