Hey everyone, I’ve been diving into the Byron O'Neal case lately, and there's something that's been puzzling me. Why did it take eight whole months for his employer to report him missing? I mean, if someone just stops showing up for work, you'd think there'd be some follow-up pretty quickly, right? Has anyone heard more about Byron's workplace situation? It's so strange that there’s no info on what finally prompted the employer to act. Could it have been some sort of financial discrepancy that couldn't be ignored any longer, or maybe a new manager took over and realized he was unaccounted for? It's just alarming that it took that long for anyone to make a move, especially since every moment can be crucial in missing persons cases. If anyone has any theories or knows more about similar situations, I’d be curious to hear. Let's keep Byron in our thoughts and continue to hope for any developments in the case.
