Does anyone have more info about any medical facilities or rehab centers near East 80th Street, Cleveland around the time Brandie R. Hicks went missing? Given her prosthetic leg and surgical scars, I wonder if she might have visited one shortly before her disappearance. Trying to think outside the box and consider any interactions she may have had with medical staff or other patients who might remember seeing her. The area must have had some spots like that back in the day. If anyone local recalls any places or even has guesses, your input could be valuable for putting more pieces of this puzzle together.
