Is anyone else curious about the delay in reporting Lea Ann Ziegler missing? It took around seven months from the last confirmed contact until she was officially reported in March 2011. Given she kept in touch with her sister, it's odd that it took so long. Was it oversight, perhaps? Or could there have been a belief she'd resurface due to her transient lifestyle? It's unsettling to think how crucial this lost time could be in a missing person investigation. Wonder if anyone closer to the case has said anything about this.
