The detail about the discovery under Henry Morris Hunt's old house always sends chills down my spine. Finding a child-sized pink vinyl belt beneath the floorboards, even without any bones connected to the kids, seems disturbingly significant. I can't shake the feeling that it might have belonged to Diana. It's frustrating to think that even with such potentially crucial evidence, the answers are still out of reach. I wonder if there could be any other places within the property or nearby where more evidence might be hidden. What do you all think about the likelihood that there could still be undiscovered clues out there?
Does anyone else find the timing of the ex-wife's deathbed confession super intriguing? Thirty years after the disappearance, and she waits until her own final moments to reveal Hunt's supposed secrets. It makes me wonder about what kind of relationship she had with Hunt that would make her hold onto such a dark truth for so long. Was it fear, loyalty, or perhaps guilt that kept her quiet? Also, why reveal it to her daughter of all people? This aspect of the case has always baffled me. I'm curious to know if there were any documented signs of pressure or manipulation during her marriage to Hunt. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on this angle?
