Has anyone else been following the Pamela Dawn Phillips case and noticed the weird jurisdiction situation? I find it really intriguing that the Flathead Tribal Police are handling her case even though she went missing in Charlotte, NC. There's got to be more to that story? I can't help but wonder if there might be a connection up in Montana that hasn't been revealed yet. Like, did she have ties to that area, or is there a possibly significant lead they haven't announced? It's got me digging deep trying to figure out what that connection could be. If anyone has insights or theories, please share!

I found it puzzling that the Flathead Tribal Police in Montana are handling Pamela Dawn Phillips's case, especially since she disappeared from Charlotte, North Carolina. Does anyone know how jurisdiction works in situations like this? Is it normal for a tribal police department to investigate a case that didn't start on their lands? I wonder if there’s a connection or if she had ties there. Maybe she has family in Montana? It's confusing, and I'm curious how this affects the investigation process. Any insights or similar cases anyone knows of?
