Hey everyone, I stumbled upon something interesting while reading up on the disappearance of Jaxie Bernadette Jamerson. Did anyone else know that the flashlight she was seen carrying was yellow? It’s such a distinctive detail and got me thinking – a bright yellow flashlight might stand out in the wooded terrain, especially if she was wandering around disoriented. I'm curious if it was ever found or if there were any reports of similar flashlights being spotted in the area afterward. It just seems like a detail that might have led to more clues if it had turned up somewhere. Also, if anyone has been to that area in Mount Mitchell State Park, how dense is the forest cover? Does anyone have any insights on whether a flashlight like that could be easily overlooked in that environment? Hoping to shred light on this case, no pun intended.
Hey everyone, I've been following the Jaxie Bernadette Jamerson case for a while now, and something that's always intrigued me is the discovery of that navy blue fabric and denture plate near the South Toe River. I mean, what are the odds that those items just happened to show up there, right? It makes me wonder about the possibility of a connection with the cabin the tourist was staying at. Could the cabin have been somehow involved in her disappearance, or was it just a coincidence that the items were found nearby?
I know the authorities couldn't definitively link them to Jaxie, but has anyone seen any other cases where an abandoned cabin played a role, or where items turned up way later and offered any new leads? It feels like there might be more to uncover in that area that hasn’t been explored yet. Does anyone here have any thoughts on how that fabric and denture could have ended up there, or similar cases where something seemed too coincidental to be purely chance?
