Has anyone seen the coverage about Phillip White's missing person's case? I'm curious if there’s any significance to the fact that he was spotted on 5th Avenue around 9 a.m. That specific area can be quite busy during rush hour. Did anyone in the neighborhood notice anything unusual that morning or remember seeing Phillip? Sometimes, it feels like a small detail can make all the difference, and I wonder if someone might have noticed him but didn’t realize he was in need of help. Given the number of commuters and tourists in the area, it's surprising that more eyewitness accounts haven’t surfaced.
