Bradley Cleveland was 22 when he was shot in the 4200 block of 4th Street SE in Washington, D.C., at about 12:45 a.m. on April 13, 2009. After the shooting he was not treated at the scene; he was taken in a private vehicle to a local hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Police arrived to find a crime scene but no victim, and later learned Cleveland had already been transported for medical care. Residents reported that security cameras at the apartment complex where the shooting occurred had not been working for a significant period, a detail investigators noted in the aftermath. No arrests or publicly identified suspects have been announced, and the Metropolitan Police Department still lists the case as an unsolved homicide from 2009.
Did anyone in the neighborhood or who knew Bradley see or hear anything that night that could help investigators?
