I’ve been digging into the Frank Black case and I recently came across the bizarre detail about "Mia Giordano." Isn’t it strange how this pseudonym played such a crucial role in luring Black to Florida? I mean, the fact that "Mia" was actually Mackerley’s mistress, Lisa Costello, blows my mind. It’s like something out of a crime novel, using a fake identity to reel someone into a trap. I wonder if Mackerley had tried this trick before on other business rivals. Does anyone know if this angle was ever discussed during the trials or if Costello clarified how they chose that alias? It adds such a sinister layer to an already twisted story. Just shows how planned and premeditated his actions were.
Has anyone else been puzzled by the role of the airplanes in Frank Lee Black Jr.’s case? When I heard Bill Anderson was a pilot and that Mackerley's plane was sometimes used for sketchy dealings, I couldn't help but wonder if the plane might have played a bigger part than we know. Private planes offer a certain level of discretion, and there's all that talk of the body being disposed of in the ocean. Could Anderson have unknowingly flown on a route that got rid of evidence? Or perhaps there’s a log or flight pattern that hasn’t been scrutinized? I feel like this aspect didn’t get as much attention as it should have in the investigations. Thoughts?
