Has anyone else been looking into the timeline of Cherllyn's disappearance, specifically around when Phillip supposedly confessed to his sister? I’ve been trying to piece things together and it’s so unsettling to think about how close-knit everything seemed to be. I can't help but wonder what made Phillip feel secure enough to talk about possibly killing Cherllyn to his adopted sister. Do you think she was maybe someone he trusted to help him cover it up, or was he just not able to keep it to himself? It blows my mind how his actions seemed so calculated despite telling someone. Would love to hear other thoughts on why he might have done that.
The piece that really gets to me about Cherllyn Beardall’s case is the location where her car was found. It's haunting to think of her silver 2011 Ford Fusion just sitting there, abandoned on Fiesta Way near Desert Inn and Boulder Highway. I've been trying to wrap my head around why that spot? Was it chosen randomly, or did it hold some significance in this awful puzzle? Given what we know about O'Reilly and his controlling behavior, did he really think it wouldn't raise red flags? Maybe he calculated that someone would eventually take or vandalize it, complicating the investigation. There must have been cameras or witnesses in the area around that time—did they ever find any surveillance footage or leads? It's just one of those frustratingly open-ended parts of this already tragic story that makes me wonder what else we don't know. Thoughts?
