Hey everyone, I’ve been following Shawn Eric Spencer's case for a while now, and there’s something that’s been on my mind. I find it incredibly puzzling that his disappearance wasn’t reported until over a year later. I get that he had a history of taking off, but over a year seems like such a long time. Does anyone else wonder if this delay impacted the investigation? I mean, crucial evidence could've been lost, or leads might have gone cold. It’s just so sad to think about all the “what ifs” in these cases. Anyone with experience in these investigations know how often this sort of delay can affect outcomes? Would love to hear any thoughts or similar experiences you've come across.
Has anyone else been following the oddities around how Shawn Spencer's dog disappeared at the same time he did? I find it really puzzling that his loyal pet, a Rottweiler/Bullmastiff mix, went missing as well. Given how much Shawn loved his animals, it's hard to imagine he would just leave his dog behind unless something truly unexpected happened. I wonder what the poor dog went through and where it could have ended up. The bond between people and their pets is so strong. In this case, it seems like more than a coincidence, especially given the violent turn of events. Could there be other cases where an animal disappearing alongside their owner has helped point to something sinister that’s happened? Curious to hear other thoughts on this.
